I am a physicist from Aarhus specialising in data analysis and theoretical calculations.I currently work at Netcompany as an IT consultant where I help build IT-solutions for private and public customers using SQL and Java. My work has primarily consisted in doing data migration using SQL and Java as well as a bit of front-end development through React and Spring. In my time at Netcompany I have also taken part in two seminars: 1. Client engagement seminar, which focused on understanding a clients business needs and delivering a solution that satisfies those needs within a deadline. 2. Technology, code and craftsmanship seminar, which focused on writing good code using the SOLID principles.During my studies as physicist I learned how to approach concrete physical phenomena by first using abstract mathematical models to properly describe the phenomena and then using different numerical tools, e.g. numerical simulations and data analysis, to find a solution to those models. To accomplish this I learned Matlab, Python and R. I also learned how to acquire large amounts of new knowledge in a short amount of time and how to then convey that knowledge to others. This latter point was especially developed doing my brief tenure as an educator at Slagelse Gymnasium and as a consultant at Netcompany.
