- Maintaining and securing 20+ Windows servers on local (in-house) Hyper-V and VMWare ESXi environment.- Working with various network and server vendors (Cisco, HPE, Dell, IBM, Lenovo, Fujitsu).- Installing and maintaining CheckPoint Firewall + Management solutions, from making basic firewall rules to implementing Site-to-site VPNs and version upgrades.- Helping our clients in upgrading, maintaining, patching, and performance-boosting their System and Network infrastructures.- Troubleshooting different issues regarding network performance slowdowns, physical hardware problems, Windows Active Directory bugs, etc.- Playing an important role in several big projects including implementation of Disaster Recovery Site, switching 50+ servers from Hyper-V to ESXi, infrastructure redesigns, and core network equipment replacements.- Configuring and installing 3CX PBX to several companies, setting up SIP Trunks, Extensions, and everything else that 3CX has to offer.- Learning and tinkering with various cloud solutions including Microsoft Azure, Google GCP, Oracle OCI, and Linode with achieving several Oracle OCI certifications in the process.- Attending several technology seminars from Cisco, HPE, Microsoft, Dell, and staying in touch with the latest changes and improvements with their products and technology stacks.
