I'm a dedicated Zen practitioner and certified trainer, coach, and change consultant with first-class degrees in philosophy, psychology, and organization studies. I help individuals and groups overcome destructive habits and limiting narratives and transform conflictual or avoidant relationships. My focus is on mindfulness, sensemaking processes, and empathetic communication, to support the development of inspiring connection and adaptive freedom in navigating impulses and inclinations.My journey started in Berlin, where I grew up thirsting for life's possibilities. After high school, I left to live and work in Peru with children and adolescents from (very) low-income backgrounds. For many years, I have explored countries, communities, philosophies, and monasteries searching for purpose and self-overcoming.
