At the grassroots organization Psychologists for Future, I offer coaching sessions, conduct workshops on, e.g., climate emotions, facilitate sharing circles, and advance the schooling of multipliers and change agents in train-the-trainer modules.

I offer coaching and trainings that facilitate sensemaking and mindfulness and transform disorientation, conflict, and doubt into purpose and adaptability. In January 2024, I conducted a one-week program on "Making Sense of War and Conflict" at the Swedish Youth Initiative Program.

Trujillo, La Libertad, Peru

Supervised and prepared by AFS International, I joined the Peruvian aid organization Rasa Joven, where for 11 months, I helped to organize events and assisted in dancing classes for adolescents and in a preschool for children living in extreme poverty. I lived with a Peruvian family in an extremely low-income area, regularly helping them out in the family-owned restaurant and in maintenance-work around the house.
