With a combination of public and private sector experience, my blended background provided innovative support to the public faces of DOWL’s projects. From website updates to document creation and public meetings, I supported multiple project types both in and outside of Montana. In addition to project coordination and assistance, my responsibilities included quality reviews, editing, and graphic design on proposals, technical reports, and public documents. I oversaw multiple advertising campaigns, created ads for print and digital publication, designed and coordinated public events, authored media relation plans, drafted documents for public information campaigns, and engaged on public relations efforts for large-scale issues including projects affecting Montana's urban and natural environments and public policy changes.

I managed and consulted on all media opportunities for promotion of the film office and related projects. I edited copy for all published material, assisted in approving all ad copy and design, managed social media channels, offered media and public relations assistance to projects associated with the office, and acted as point-of-contact for outside marketing opportunities. I also coordinated press and public information pushes, as well as legislative action for current and future programs.

I worked to receive constituents on the phone and in person for all members of the Governor's staff. I oversaw almost all social correspondence (celebrations, awards, community events) and assisted in some editing and larger correspondence projects.

I assisted the Events Coordinator in managing buildings, student workers, campus events (both school and non-school related), and partnered with event point-of-contacts to ensure that all physical needs were met.
