Product Development, Manufacturing, and Process Development of Recombinant Antibodies.

For four and a half years, I was responsible for purifying polyclonal antibodies from both rabbit and goat sera using affinity chromatography. Along with purification of antibodies, I also conjugated peptide antigens to carrier proteins for boosting of animals as well as coupling peptide antigens to sepharose gel matrices for use with the affinity columns. Lastly, I have spent time designing peptides from various targets in the human genome.From 2010-2014, I have been responsible for assessing the health and assigning treatments for mouse hybridoma cells used for the production of monoclonal antibodies by using various media, additives, antibiotics and antimycotics.Currently, I have been designing primers for the CRISPR/Cas9 HDR product line as well as custom gRNA for human and mouse genes.
