Within a four-client consortium project (City of Espoo, VTT, Kone and Nokia), I helped define and actualize a shared vision to help promote collaboration within the Smart Otaniemi smart city ecosystem.🔸Performed expert interviews with the ecosystem stakeholders to understand barriers and motivators towards collaboration.🔸Conducted a benchmark best practice analysis of Barcelona’s and Singapore's smart city innovation ecosystems, interviewing officials, academics, and startups.🔸Pursued a resource audit of Smart Otaniemi and devised a service blueprint with 47 proposed activities to actualize and scale living labs.🔸Collaborated in a 5-person team of tech, design, business, and law students.
