Current· Directed the planning and execution of the Beta Business Days, the largest STEM networking event in the North of the Netherlands, connecting 500+ students with 40+ companies, including industry leaders like ASML, Johnson & Johnson, and Tata Steel.· Served as the primary liaison and public representative of the event, maintaining relationships with sponsors and partner companies to secure funding and participation.· Led a team of 5 board members, conducting strategic planning meetings, managing monthly presentations, and ensuring all event milestones were met on schedule.· Oversaw the activities of two committees:- Beta Business Committee (30 members): Supported promotional campaigns and operational logistics during the event.- Start-Up Committee (6 members): Organized the annual university-wide Start-Up Competition, fostering entrepreneurship among STEM students.· Managed all internal communications, chaired board approval meetings, and ensured alignment across departments to deliver a seamless event experience.
