Delehoy Construction is primarily a commercial and tenant finish contractor with expertise working in occupied business and institutional environments, with recent clients including Larimer County, Colorado State University, Poudre School District, Good Samaritan Society, Waterpik, and UC Health. These types of projects require, first and foremost, high levels of communication between owner, architect, contractor, and end users.

My core duties were as the primary point of contact for all clients during planning and design phase of projects as well as working to grow the business by converting new contacts into existing clients. Based on need at times I would run projects and ensure proper communication and collaboration with customer, engineers, architect, and various other stakeholders to maintain scope, budget and other issues as they arise.

Gourley Contracting is a general contractor specializing in carpentry, sheet metal, electrical and metal building erection within residential and commercial construction industries. My original position was safety and operations; I was hired to implement and maintain contracts subcontractor and clients as well as the safety program. Within six months my duties rapidly expanded to include estimating and project management. While with Gourley I generated $1,750,000 over the last 12 months of my employ totaling 20% of the overall revenue for the company for that period. One project subcontracted to the Naval Air Station Corpus Christi had an original contract price of $525,000.

TES was a pipeline construction company primarily focused on Oil & Gas Infrastructure, Facility, and Pipeline Construction/Integrity/Maintenance in Eagle Ford, South Texas, West Texas and New Mexico.My primary duties were to direct field execution of projects totaling $10,000,000 in annual company revenue.
