Shortly after relocating to Katerini with my family, I began visiting a local hardware/PC repair shop frequently. After establishing a relationship with the owner, I was given the opportunity to perform various technical tasks, which eventually led to a regular job.In this role, I resolved a wide range of technical issues for customers, ranging from personal computer issues to on-premise implementations. I also provided assistance in sales, helping customers find solutions to their technology needs, such as building gaming computers, when sophisticated technical knowledge was required.Working in a fast-paced environment with limited financial resources, I developed strong skills in computer maintenance and troubleshooting, which enabled me to quickly identify and resolve technical issues.
