CurrentManages HGA’s IT Program Management Office (PMO) which is responsible for overseeing the Information Technology Portfolio of Projects.Accountable for HGA’s IT Project Management Framework which includes IT Portfolio Governance, IT Project Management Lifecycle & Delivery Methodologies, and Resource Capacity Management.Drives improvements into the PMO by establishing, implementing, and ensuring project management industry best practices and processes are being leveraged and executed across the IT Project Portfolio.Ensures IT projects are effectively prioritized, leveraging business input as well as IT Steering Committee review and approval.Creates and maintains staffing plans. Ensures the team is properly trained and staffed to handle the projected workload, both from an internal staffing and external staffing perspective. Makes recommendations to IT Executive Leadership Team regarding long-term contractors and/or additions to staff.Analyzes project proposals to determine schedule, funding limitations and appropriate process for accomplishing projects.Collaborates with the Director of IT Governance & Performance and Corporate Finance to set project budgets and monitor achievement of intended financial results.Ensures project goals are accomplished and in line with business objectives.Manages project risks and issues and implement mitigation plans.Implements project communications including leading IT Steering Committee Meetings and providing status reports.Directs and coordinates activities of project personnel to ensure project delivers on schedule and within budget.Provides leadership and motivation to project team members throughout the project life cycle and confer with project staff to outline work plans.Performs team member supervision including performance management, career growth and development.
