Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions. Reporting and Financial Statements. Invoicing. Accounts Payable (money out). Accounts Receivable and Revenue Tracking (money in)

Responsible for providing organizational, managerial and administrative support to the project: ‘Digital School- Ψηφιακό Σχολείο': Digital School Platform, e-books and Learning Object Repository:• Preparing progress reports and project deliverables• Monitoring and manage project implementation progress• Monitoring development work of the national digital repository of Greece for learning objects “Photodentro”• Organising training activities on IT applications for users• Single point of contact for all communications between the technical team and external collaborators• Assisting the technical team in their design and development tasks• Keeping accurate administrative records of monthly activity report (timesheets) of collaborators• Preparing calls for expression of interest for new collaborators• Managing contracts and relationships in procurement and supply• Keeping updated file collection• Holding internal meetings on progress

• Performed data analysis from integrated web application of monitoring recycling process of vehicle recycling centres.• Analysis of results and reports for waste management purposes. • Support to determine requirements of the updated Web application that provide all the necessary technological infrastructure to all actors involved during the process of withdrawal of vehicles.
