Coordinate the existing and future specialty crop nutrition/bio-nutrition and biostimulants R&D project, under an agronomic strategy. Create and implement product development plans according to R&D, Marketing and Commercial strategies and campaign. Practice agile team leadership in charge of the development of agronomical trials, in-house and in collaboration with Research Bodies (Universities and Institutes). Coordinate research activities (field trial actions) and regular follow-ups with research subcontractors. Disseminate research results in congresses (knowledge and market trends), literature (knowledge and support) and scientific lectures. Conduct and coordinate R&D program reporting, project management and data analysis for the purpose of tax credit and subsidies on the department technical activities. Technical advice and support to other stakeholder departments (Technical support at Sales, Regulatory and Strategic Marketing teams).
