During my time as a technical assistant for Kupconcept GmbH, I assisted with technical planning and inventory as well as audio and visual productions. In addition, I coordinated staff and equipment for a variety of different sport events and concerts and directed slow-motion video production for beachvolleyball, basketball and hockey broadcasts.

During my time at Unicredit, I executed independent mailing and calling campaigns by using the Unicredit Intranet to engage with 50-80 customers per day and increase the sale of credit cards and private loans. In addition, I assisted the customer support at Munich branch offices in opening new private accounts and solving client issues.
