- Implementation, training and support of ERP system.

- Installation, configuration and maintenance of servers, with a strong focus on different versions of Windows Server. Complete configuration of the internal environment of the network.- Security policies for file access and group specific GPOs. DNS and DHCP configuration.- Control of backups with proper monitoring, identifying the best solution for the need such as WSB, Uranium, Veeam or Microsoft Azure.- Email management on Exchange servers, from 2007 to the present.- Knowledge in Office 365, responsible for migration an d account control and control of services such as Outlook, Teams, as well as settings and adjustments considering the real limitations that these applications have during real use.- Complete configuration of end users' equipment, PCs and laptops.- Virus monitoring, and installation with support for normal applications for office use such as documents, browsers, digital certificates and websites that require specific and peculiar configurations for their access.
