Teaching the principles of visual storytelling through video editing & motion graphics design, by exploring the practice of manipulating digital media (photos, graphics, audio, video, and other elements) within Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop, & Adobe After Effects. Responsible for the preparation and dissemination of materials & objectives, through both lecture and hands-on practice, in two courses: Basic Video Editing and Advanced Video Editing.

In addition to being the lead photographer of the Magazine, I had the opportunity during this time to step in as the food writer for the Local Flavors section (for the last 5 issues of 2023). For each issue, I would interview the owner(s) and head chef(s) at one local restaurant, sample the dishes they wanted to spotlight, and write a 2-page article to accompany the photos I took.
