I currently work as Corporate Counsel for Harbor Group International. I primarily work in the commercial real estate sector focusing on financing and acquisition.Prior to accepting the position of Corporate Counsel at Harbor Group International, I worked for an Austrian Law Firm. In this capacity I analyzed and interpreted international law, in particular the legal and regulatory conditions of the EU Member States, as well as decisions by the European Court of Justice. Prior to that, I ran my own law firm for three years before accepting a position as corporate counsel to a national freight forwarder, American Fast Freight, Inc.As corporate counsel for American Fast Freight, Inc. My work involved negotiating a variety of contracts and counseling executives on various corporate issues. I primarily worked in the area of transportation law as codified under 49 U.S.C. Part B in particular the Carmack Amendment codified under 49 U.S.C. 14706.
