It links to other FAA data sources (FPPS, eLMS, FIST, & FSEP) to update internal applications to provide a complete training and certification management solution.Runs on FAA's Intranet, CMRIS offers a set of tools for managing the extensive and complex training requirements identification and certification needs of the FAA’s technical operations personnel. By using this application, Course planners and schedulers are provided with realistic data about both current and future personnel training requirements and it allows them to plan accordingly. CMRIS also offers managers and supervisors at all levels an easy to use, cost effective point and click system for keeping training requirements and employee certification information current.
