Moscow

- Development of sourcing strategy for the commodities indicated for localization; - Search of suppliers and estimation of its potential – looking for Russian and European suppliers of localization planned components;-Lead supplier selection processes, up to parts and process qualification, in coordination with Supplier Quality teams based on assessment result;- Lead the RFI/Q (Request for Information/Quotation) processes – receiving data from P&D, MP&L and program-purchasing team. Analyzing the quote pack (cost breakdown, Value chain data), price optimization and cost reduction activity;- Business case preparation and purchase approval receiving in accordance to Company polices and procedures;- Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers in order to meet specified quality, delivery and cost objectives;- Supplier nomination activity, long-term relationships development with suppliers;- Develop action plans, road-map and resource assignments for sourcing (localization) projects;- Lead the contracting process with suppliers in coordination with involved divisions;- Support of serial life of projects, price optimization, savings negotiations- Managements report preparation, communication with other departments. Responsible for such commodities as: paint, e-coat, metal pre-treatment materials, solvent and sealers, wax, oils (engine oil localization); initial fills such as fuel, windscreen washer, coolant, and raw materials for these commodities.

- Search of suppliers and estimation of its potential – looking for Russian and European suppliers of localization planned components;- Presentation of suppliers to foreign top management – gathering market information and suppliers’ activities for each commodity in the Russian and European region (3 or more options for each planned part);- Audits (including production quality and QMS audits) – holding of audits with SQA (experience – 1 quality audit of Russian suppliers), analyzing results and participation in decision-making to approve the supplier;- Sending of RfQs, receiving and analysis of quotations, cost reduction activity – receiving technical data from Japanese R&D, preparation and sending to suppliers RfQ, receiving of quotations, cost reduction activities. Average achievement in cost reduction is about 15% of parts cost;- Coordination of work process of departments, involved into the project – contacting and negotiating with logistics, quality, finance, production, customs departments to assure synchronous flow of the project, frequent contacts and arranging Japanese colleagues for assistance in different stages of projects (supplier nomination, cost analysis, cost reduction) ;- Negotiations and signing of contracts – creation of different types of contracts – serial deliveries contracts, tooling, discussion with related persons in Russia, Japan and suppliers.

- Accomplishment of the localization plan for paint, initial fills and exterior components.- Conducting negotiations with suppliers, preparation of contracts.- Preparation, analysis of business cases.- Conducting tenders.Responsible commodities are exterior such as wiper system, washer system and window regulators, paint, e-coat, metal pre-treatment materials, solvent and sealers. Initial fills such as fuel, windscreen washer, coolant.

- Market research (based on production needs);- Getting quotations; analysis of quotations from suppliers;- Project management to optimize the cost of vehicle and support materials;- Conducting tenders;- The conclusion of contracts with Russian and abroad suppliers;- Budget;- Control of delivery of the goods from supplier to our plant;Commodities: paint materials, gasoline, diesel, sealer, oils and greases for manufacturing and for production line, coolant, windscreen washer.
