Preparing and populating agreements in accordance with the company standards and/or as required by the study sponsor. Providing technical and administrative support to team members. Providing updates to clinical teams as needed. Collecting, coordinating, and providing metrics for contact numbers for weekly. Training new personnel and developing, contributing, and updating department training materials. Providing assistance to management on special projects as well as teams with overflow work. Coordinating study SARF forms for each new study assigned to the department.

• Preparation and monitoring of Clinical Trial Agreements from initial contact with the clinical site through execution of agreements (the "CTA Process");• Maintain and handle open lines of communication between PPD clinical teams and clinical sites during the CTA Process;• Provide technical and administrative support to Investigator Grants team during the CTA Process.
