I serve as business development and relationship manager for a portfolio of 10 private and public middle market companies ranging from $50M to $500M in sales across diverse industries that include manufacturing, distribution, wholesalers and professional services. I partner with investment bankers, sponsor groups, and private equity to finance M&A, revolver, syndication, cash flow, and asset based lending (ABL) transactions.
