Digital Transformation. Product owner at "Mobile rounds and repairs". The product was designed to control the processes of regular equipment checks (rounds), repairs, registering new defects, managing daily tasks, getting online documentations and reducing quantity of paper logbooks.My responsibilities included: - searching opportunities for optimizing business processes - recruiting a development and implementation team - managing product strategy and roadmap - managing a backlog - calculating economic effects - manage project budget - develop education materials for users- negotiating with suppliers - preparing tender documents - internal marketing of the product - control of the survival rate of the instrument in productionThe solution was implemented to six plants with more than 1800 daily active users. The product developed by my team successfully replaced the previously implemented solution based on the SAP Mobile Platform, which significantly increased the survival rate and saved on licenses.After the product implementation the number of detected defects increased by more than 2.5 times, the time from the moment of detection to informing the responsible for recovery services was also reduced. The reporting system developed on Tableau solution made it possible to analyze the quality of rounds, quickly conduct investigations in case of incidents, and control survival on the basis of key metrics.The total number of the project team including teams at plants is about 80 people. During the implementation, a number of new technologies were applied, some of which, for the first time in the World.Technological stack: .Net, React, MS SQL, MongoDB, Kotlin (android), Tableu, microservice architecture. Development was carried out according to the SCRUM methodology. MVP was launched 2 months after the start of the project and the hiring of the first developer. Currently, a circulation of 8 thousand users and 22 holding plants is underway.
