What does my job entail? Mail intake, scanning, logging, and filing incoming legal documents, client outreach, client relations, data entry are just some of the things that I do on a daily basis. On a larger scope my job is working with other members of the team to ensure that clients process is as quick and efficient as possible and that they are able to get out of the timeshares that they regret purchasing.

I worked several different places under my contract with Kelly Services, including the company that hired me in 4/20/2020. Most of my work was cash-handling, customer service, data entry, and other types of clerical work.

Working at an adult boutique and gift store, you have to be willing to be unbiased, non-judgmental, and make people feel comfortable and confident while also making up sales and trying to earn spiffs. In addition to dealing with customers more personal and intimate needs and questions, I also had to be on the look out for shop lifters, clean and face the merchandise, stock shelves and displays, inventory, handle cash deposits and card transaction logs, as well as work to meet the store's monthly sales goals.
