• Serve as a technical resource for the Business Continuity Planning team• Research, gather, and translate technical information into Business Continuity Management System programdocumentation• Support team members on Internal and External audits• Assess documentation requirements for each project and ensure product is developed in predefined timeline• Monitor, coordinate and make sure all the documents are following predefined revision history timeline• Support, or participate in devoting and refreshing in appropriate training• Support and participate in developing metrics for Business Continuity Management System program• Maintain the preestablish governance program for respective BCMS program

• Act as single point of contact for Financial Customers with Incident Management Services• Take ownership of service requests from customers and ensure timely and satisfactory resolution of the problem• Provide accurate and creative solutions to user problems of moderate nature to maximize user productivity• Escalate both internally and externally, when required, according to defined escalation paths• Resolve and respond to questions received via telephone calls, e-mail in a timely manner in accordance with currentstandards
