Responsibilities include: • Being the partner of the leadership of the appointed service line, subregion or area. I collaborate with all parties involved (delivery leads, project managers, capability leads, recruiting teams and sales teams) to staff projects with the appropriate experts, both from a skill set standpoint and from a financial one. • Forecasting: Having the right overview of upcoming projects and demand to make strategic bench decisions and supporting leadership in discission. Working closely with Finance for forecasting revenue and costs. • Business prioritization: Advice the management and operations teams about potential business prioritizations that could be done between clients / accounts. • Orchestrate capacity management process (talent profile exchange, interview setup, availability validation, etc.) between all parties involved as well as feedback collection process when required • Be involved in staffing and team setups during a proposal phase of a new project. • Taking the lead of a complex project staffing situation to fill all positions as accurately as possible with availability, client priorities, allocations and skills. • Attend to and give support in key meetings related to staffing and operations processes in order to make sure all staffing variables are covered • Sub-Contractor ownership: Closely monitoring SubCo process from a practical as well as a financial perspective.
