I naturally gravitated towards the hospitality industry when I landed my first position as an event planner at Much Festservice in Germany. I was given the opportunity to take part in an educational system called Dual Education, which allowed me to continue my studies while gaining real-world work experience. Since then, I have never looked back, and I have made it my mission to give guests all over the globe the best possible experiences. I pride myself in being a person who goes by the saying, “You are only as good as your team,” and I have invested endless hours in training and developing talented and passionate staff who share my vision of guest service excellence and consistency. My sense of excellence and urgency has afforded me a quick promotion from Host Guest Relations / Concierge to Show and Event Manager. I was sought out by leadership to merge two positions and create one pivotal role at Aida Cruise Lines, and I subsequently filled the position myself. My unbridled passion allowed me to create robust operational procedures that were adopted by the rest of the properties within the organization. I am known for my calm and caring demeanor and for facing client dissatisfaction with confidence and empathy, often resolving concerns in the toughest situations.
