Consulting companies to develop a human-centered and value oriented innovation strategy then to deploy it as a service, product, or a system containing both.In this co-creation process, I played both managerial and design roles in defining and delivering the projects.We experienced designing solutions in more than 14 industry categories which led us to focus on these four: 1.Finance & Banking, 2.Insurance, 3.Tourism, 4.Media & Game.My main roles were:Clarifying the user priorities by leading design researches.Communicating and advocating all stakeholders needs and drives in order to enrich the communications within the system pursuing innovation.Leading strategic planning for the client's service to ensure it meets business and user needs.Articulating goals for the service through artefacts such as service maps, value propositions or service blueprints.Providing advice and recommendations on potential approaches to organizational problems.Planning and facilitating groups toward a common goal and be the voice of the customer in the room.Generate concepts, proposals, and plans for new service propositions, or to evolve and improve existing services.Simplifying complex, cross-departmental information, and processes, making them understandable to all through visual communication.Training clients' staff to acquire new processes and CRM tools.Recruiting designers to build project teams.Assessing design and designers performance.Managing financial and legal aspects of lean design as a company.
