 Responsible for preparing the purchase orders for the Blue Star Fleet (8 vessels). Ordering F&B supplies as well as hotel maintenance spare parts. Approximate annual budget estimate for 8 ships €3 Million/year Responsible for following up the purchase orders up to delivery. Conducts inventory checks on all the company’s ships. Responsible for the codification/ creation of new products/items in the ERP/SAP. Created the company’s F&B specification manual.
