Manage the Directorate of Financial Services of the Group, in accordance with corporate guidelines, legal framework, personal experience and accounting standards.•Supervising the preparation and delivery of consolidated financial statements complied with the I.F.R.S.•Holding full control of Forecast & Budget process & Cash management, reporting directly to the BoD•Support the implementation of all important projects (merge, acquisitions and privatizations) and responsible for monitoring the financial impact.•Handles the financial issues of the subsidiaries and holdings, as a representative of the parental entity in the BoD of the associated companies.-Responsible for yearly property valuation (70.000 properties) of the company's property portfolio.
