Accelerating the commercialization of deep-tech innovationsAs an innovation funding consultant, I work closely with deep-tech start-ups to help them bring their innovations to market more quickly. I guide them through the complexities of EU funding programs, particularly the EIC Accelerator, ensuring they are well-prepared for success. My role involves creating business plans to support the transition from advanced prototypes (TRL7) to full-scale commercialization (TRL9), including financial projections, pricing strategies, and market analyses. I also prepare a range of proposal and presentation materials, from technical reports to video content, and play a key role in shaping detailed project implementation plans by defining work packages, milestones, and deliverables.
