I work with educational organizations, non-profits, business and communities. I help these groups develop an organizational vision through a workshop called Thinking Like A Film director which uses film metaphors and tools like storyboards, pitching, scripts, viewfinders and other cool things to help organizations look at themselves through a different lens, and then once a common vision ("the script") is created, we "breakdown" the script into departments, elements and action items, and then the journey begins.
