My responsibilities was assessing the potential of Bravedo's new business area, devising marketing strategies, and start the sales operations for TOP1000 companies. Bravedo owns more than 30 companies (like Barona) with combined turnover of 800M yearly. Bravedo's industries are technology and business services.
AirPay Digital offered fintech SaaS service for the top 1000 companies in domestic and Nordic markets. AirPay Visa was the first business payment solution that turned receipts into air. Serving as CEO, I formulated and executed strategic roadmaps, ensuring seamless integration of our strategies into actionable plans. Additionally, I personally oversaw sales and marketing initiatives, ensuring their alignment with organizational objectives.AirPay Digital had membership of Visa Europe and company operated under the license of the Financial Supervisory Authority, further cementing our credibility and compliance within the industry.
I started a strategic transformation of an IT company (+10M€) towards becoming a customer-centric and business-savvy consulting firm. Under my leadership, we developed a new strategy and devised a plan for its implementation. Our ecosystem encompassed nearly 100 companies. The organization I led comprised 40 individuals.

TBWA gained most of my knowledge about the challenges of different companies and how to solve them through marketing communications. I was responsible for sales, customer management, and new customer acquisitions among TOP500 companies. I directed the activities of the creative teams and responded to the client with our entire service. Paltemaa Huttunen Santala (PHS) history demanded top marketing strategies with the best creativeness.
I served customers at an TBWA\TEQUILA digital and customer based ad agency, overseeing all aspects of customer relations, production, strategy thinking and satisfaction. In this role, I was responsible for lead the creative teams, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work, and maintaining positive relationships with clients. We create customer loyalty programs, engagement plans, digital services and advertisement in physical and digital format.
I conducted my Master's thesis commissioned by Silja Line. I researched the relationship between brand identity (what the company wants to be) and brand image (how customers perceive the brand). The research included customer interviews as well as interviews with Silja Line's management.
