Full responsibility and direction for the Company's Digital Transformation, managing the Operations Division which consist of, Information Technology, Customer Service, ecommerce, Procurement and facilities, Fleet damages and insurance Policies, Physical Security, PMO, GDPR Compliance.Main responsibilities among others are as follows:• Design and developing the Company’s digital transformation including the Operations strategy plan and procedures.• Set goals with a view to maximize the business development in accordance with company's strategy.• Establish policies that promote corporate culture and vision.• Monitoring of the day-to-day work of the departments listed above. • Responsible for the company’s Digital Transformation across Europe developed and delivered the technology strategies across 30 countries, managing a team of 30. Supervising all major projects and contracts; ensuring delivery is achieved within Governance policy and an efficient cost-base.• Implemented new regional procurement processes, monitoring and controlling investments, introducing cloud strategy and establishing regional CRM tools.• Introduced cloud shared services infrastructure by providing the basic operational security applications as a service.• Achieved mandatory information security controls by introducing a new ‘cyber security’ product. Accomplishing the ISO 270001 / 27002 certifications for the European businesses.• Developed and implemented policies and procedures for project management best practice, setting up regional PMO’s to cover 80% of European customer investment.• Member of the European Board of Directors and the G4S Worldwide Top 100 Executives.

Member of the Board of Directors, introducing critical projects to cover the company’s business units. Full responsibility for the implementation of €75m EU funded projects covering the organization’s full digital transformation. Managed a team of 50 to complete automation across the company’s 1000 branches. Developed the programme management infrastructure and a consolidated approach to project strategy.

• Built the company from scratch, developing the business plan, processes and tools to expand across the Balkans and taking it from zero to €6m revenue within a year.• Conducted business development, contract negotiation, implementation and integration of ERP programmes and Internet Security solutions such as firewalls and anti-spam for medium and large organisations in the Shipping, Banking and Retail sectors across Greece.

• Responsible for the IT functions in Greece, the Balkans, Cyprus and Israel, managing a senior team of 15. Developed and implemented annual operational and strategic plans, managing complex multinational SAP and Oracle ERP projects.• Oversaw the operational and technological integration of FMCG company acquisitions, successfully managing mergers and achieving the OPEX and CAPEX target of 2% of revenue for the South Eastern region. • Developed and implemented SOX compliance across the region, leading to faster reporting times, reduced labour costs and more coherent business structures.

• Responsible for the IT infrastructure of Greece, Romania and Cyprus following the merger of Alpha Insurance with AXA. Led the operational/functional integration project, designing, reorganising and reengineering the department of both Information Systems and Telecommunications.• Reduced total IT expenditure by €25m through OPEX and CAPEX optimisation and the re-engineering of the departments operational structures. Managed a two year €10m SAP implementation in parallel with the implementation of ‘ALICE’ Insurance Software, transforming the company through economies of scale savings of c. €2.5m on an annual basis.• Project managed the creation of an IT Services Centre providing technical support across 50 branches and 1,500 users across the region. Significantly improved customer service and achieved greater customer retention and loyalty. Increased company’s reputation versus competitors and improved the company’s gross sales. • Recommended to the Board, a change of focus from a product to customer orientated organisation and initiated the development of a CRM system to support this. Improved the company’s sales efficiency through targeted cross sales which improved the company’s PBITA.
