I am conducting a series of experiments regarding the anti-tumor activity of compounds with novel mechanism of action on xenograft mice. The mice will be monitored with the imaging technology micro-pet. The field of interest belongs to Clinical and Translational Research. The experiments include cell-based techniques such as MTT assay, cell uptake of drug compounds on cancer cells lines. Tool of my routine is the LC/MS organology where I can detect and measure very small quantities of drug in cell matrix. PK/PD in xenografts will be developed at instant future.
