NPLs portfolio underwriting, recoveries vs. costs analysis & workout management, in a variety ofPortfolios (retail & business loans).Key responsibilities:• Underwriting of loan portfolios for potential investors/equity funds • Design, implementation & monitoring of workout strategies including consensual solutions & Legal actions.• Portfolio recoveries-budget forecasting & pricing of costs.• Management/ Co-operation with teams consisting of ROs, Lawyers, back officers, portfolio owners to design and implement workout strategies & recovery scenarios for loan portfolios.• Set up of KPI’s reports for loan portfolios to monitor performance, recoveries targets & work out actions.

• Evaluation of applications concerning changes in terms, limits and collaterals of the Retail Banking products.• Support of Branch Network• Participation in ISO certification project• Evaluation of high risk cases (Mortgage Credit customers) and collections on retail credit portfolio.

• Management of Consumer Credit Department & Stock Financing. Performance management & appraisal. Participation in recruitment & selection, goal setting, staff training.• Participation in the development and improvement of credit assessment systems (workflow, scoring system) and Retail Credit Policy & procedures.• Evaluation of applications for new financing and debt restructuring (creditworthiness, collaterals) and monitoring of external partners (Car & Moto Dealers).• Reporting to top management. • Member of Retail Banking Credit Committee.• Representation of the Division in work teams and projects such as:- Development of credit policy and procedures for L.3869/2010 applications - Project Manager in the development of ERP system ‘Entersoft Business Suite’ - Trainer in Branch Network seminars in collaboration with Human Resource Division. - Development of the Retail Banking core workflow system (Iraklis)- Development and implementation of new retail banking products - Monitoring of legal actions on retail credit borrowers (forced by external legal partners)During Q1/2013 also joined Branch Network Division, as Account Manager, having under supervision the Retail Credit Portfolio of Panepistimiou Branch.Metrics:• Reports: 20 people – Direct Reports: 2 supervisors.• Over 50% of Retail Banking Portfolio in restructuring.• Monitoring of more than 200 external partners.• Stock financing under management 20Μ.
