I am very interested on the human effect in risk management and how risk psychology affects everyday risk management decisions. I also find fascinating how a board of directors makes risk decisions based on the information they receive from within the company. My goal is to improve the quality of this risk data and thus improve the decision-making process altogether. My personal goal is to inspire more students and young professional to join the risk management community, as well as bring more awareness on the importance of risk management in all organizations. This is crucial to the re-innovation of risk management and the continuity of all business. During my years in the insurance industry I have formed a wide picture on the opportunities in local, global and specialty insurance markets. This allows me to place risks in the best markets available for any company. I have a comprehensive understanding of all insurance lines thanks to my general experience in the industry. At Howden, I have specialised in Cyber insurance, Financial Lines and placing risks to the Lloyd´s market. I´m also interested in the ways insurance industry can help in the major Green Transition ongoing in the world, through thorough project risk management, reinventing insurance and allowing capital to support the shift to new technologies.
