Growing all things Marketing and PR for the biggest production company on the planet. Whether it be partnering with the world’s biggest brands on amazing projects & PR, to winning an award every 1.5 days or hustling speaking opportunities at some of the world’s biggest events, my time was devoted to helping both MediaMonks the business and the brand grow across the world.I successfully built and lead a global team to deliver record-breaking results, which resulted in helping MediaMonks sell for 300 million euros. Key to this was managing and working with partner agencies, developing partnerships with key players and execting a clearly defined strategy.

Set about building the foundations that were necessary to support the rapid growth that MediaMonks was going through. Developed and implemented internal processes to ensure that deliverables and output were efficient, and that project PR was on time and delivered ROI. Launched several new offices in LATAM and APAC that led to local and fame and new business, whilst helping lead the production on social media campaigns viewed all over the globe. Also helped develop PR as a business proposition that was successfully sold into clients.

I helped Effectory International grow its client base and brand awareness, whilst also helping them to become a recognised thought leader. My role consisted of B2B marketing, targeting the desired audience through cleverly crafted content, aimed at exploiting a specific gap in the market to drive lead generation and brand awareness. Significant amounts of my time was devoted to nurturing leads down the marketing funnel, and I oversaw the international marketing strategy and social media, as well as SEO development.

As the Pension & Development Network Manager, I managed a large professional network of pension professionals and marketed the network to well-known international companies. To attract interest in the network, I developed an internationally successful series of Webinars on micro pensions.Alongside this I managed a number of micro finance projects in Sri Lanka and Vietnam, and through the relationships was able to raise over €20,000 in unrestricted funds. I took on an additional role as financial inclusion adviser to Accion and I wrote several successful EOIs to large donor organisations (incl. USAID and CGAP). Furthermore, I optimised the website and developed successful CSR initiatives.

Social program coordinator during the busy summer months at one of the major language schools in Edinburgh. Responsible for over 160 international students, my main tasks were to organise daily activities and help with any inquiries or challenges that students had. Work included a specific role in communicating with an autistic adult as well as work with other adults with varying degrees of English. Short term contract only.
