Nikhil is a social entrepreneur and curiosity-driven person who loves to explore the “why” and “how” of things. He loves building things from nothing to something and has got an eye for execution. He believes in creating sustainable brands by collaborating with like-minded people and working in synergy. At the age of 19, he co-founded TreePassers (an online plant selling startup) and in his role looked after the operations and logistics department of the company. He helped the company sell 400+ plants within 6 months. His love for Aviation helped him start his current venture Udaan Aviation Academy (an ed-tech Aviation startup) where his role is talking to multiple students and handle day-to-day operations. During the pandemic, he has helped the academy to teach over 150+ students. His startups have helped him apply knowledge across various fields from schools to colleges and from hotels to manufacturing, advising them to tap the unexplored gap in the market and creatively increase their sales. The one thing he loves is to streamline and bring things into the process. Apart from that, he loves outdoor sports and interacting with individuals.
