• Liaise with key vendors and manage customer-vendor relationships for audit/user access review requests, implementations, and concerns to be addressed directly with the vendor.
• Maintain the Bank’s IAMS database, performing audits of all user information stored as well as application information in an effort to mitigate risks, vulnerabilities, and conflicting accesses.
• Take ownership of and revamp the Bank's User Access Review portal, creating a more cohesive process that empowers all involved parties to contribute in a timely manner that is conducive of an effectual, collaborative.

• Promptly resolve all incoming service requests and calls via a strong technical acumen, meaningful communication, and a vast array of troubleshooting skills.
• Take initiative to identify gaps and implement process improvements, motivate colleagues, and reaffirm the IT department's value of providing creative solutions to pressing problems.
• Create, revamp, and produce clear and concise documentation, training material, and procedures for company-wide distribution, many of which are still in place today.
• Administer user accounts and ensure the prompt, secure reset of key system credentials.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of ticket/issue resolution as well as ensure security compliance in all resolutions.

Miami/Fort Lauderdale Area

• Provide direct support to 200+ users in a blend of environments, in-office and remote.
• Keep concise inventory of Division-owned peripherals; perform ad-hoc audits by location.
• Promote a culture of collaboration and proactiveness — enabling the team to stay on target — through daily meetings/touchpoints.
• Manage, maintain, and administer all applications/systems as well as all on-site hardware.
• Plan, coordinate, and perform business-crucial installs/deployments onboard various vessels.
• Liaise with vendors/third parties to ensure efficient and timely project completion and issue resolution; check project constraints against vendor solutions proposed/provided.
