Medser Medical Services is engaged in installations, repairs and maintenance of Siemens-made CT (Computer Tomography) scanners. Apart from Siemens, Medser is the only company in Germany in this business.- Have joined Medser in December, 2020 as a part of my relocation to Germany- Using my previous experience in Siemens Customer Service as AX (Angio and X-Ray) CSE, I quickly learned and developed all required skills for CT service. - I'm responsible for the full range of all tasks of installations, repairs and maintenance at a senior, expert level. - Introduced optimization of business processes and internal workflowAs a part of my everyday tasks with CT service I have developed the software utility for reading and evaluating Syngo (Siemens imaging devices software shell) event logs.
