I have also worked on the PRM community implementation, which improves the collaboration and management of 70,000+ partners. I have experience in customizing FinancialForce Professional Services Automation.

I designed and implemented an expense management system that reduced manual validation and reporting efforts by 80%. I also worked on a real estate sale and rental agreement generation app, where I optimized the PDF rendering process from 23-25 seconds to 5-7 seconds. I led a team with no prior experience in the domain or technology to implement an anomaly detection interface, which saved the company 70% on the cost of hiring new resources for the skill set.

I have integrated State Resident Database (SRDB) and Payment Gateway with G2C projects. I mentored a team of 3 developers to deliver projects, maintained 14 production servers, and managed 6 resources from the help desk team for 3 G2C projects. I improved the change management process in the project and created a library for all the artifacts, which resulted in resource-independent management of projects. This reduced the effort for project management by 50%. I was also part of a product tech stack upgrade from Struts to Spring. For all these contributions, I was recognized with the Green Horn award in 2016.

I implemented two proof-of-concept using Kafka message bus technology and the Java pub/sub mechanism. These projects analyzed the data throughput and latency of Kafka for various scenarios, and the results were presented to the business team. I then implemented a three-tier solution using Kafka to process millions of trades and FX rates in near real time. This solution was used by two projects.
