LotusFlare is a US-based startup founded by early product team from Facebook and backed by leading venture firms including Social Capital and Google Ventures.  Created a company-level operation and financial models for LotusFlare, identifying key drivers for the business and aligning all functional groups to focus on core metrics. Built ROI models for each project and product, understanding the profitability for each and determining the right capital and resource allocation. Increased profitability by 10% due to cost optimization and identifying revenue leakage. Worked with VPs of Finance and Operation to build the corporate structure, operating frameworks, and reporting structure to support scaling the company from 120 to 250 employees. Maintained accounts and prepared financial statements of various group companies. Led the performance evaluation and employee engagement process, creating the polices, communicating with key stakeholders and executing the process.
