LEGAL DOCUMENTATION & LIASIONING: Co-ordination of internal plants & external agencies like environment auditors, pollution control board officers, CPCB, Factory Inspector etc. Preparation, submission and to keep records of legal documents related to Environment. Documentation & implementation of ISO system as per ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004. To access compliance with statutory requirements related to Environment & Safety. Communication with regulatory authorities and external agencies like GPCB, Factory Inspector, DPMC, MoEF, GIDC, Common Haz Waste Disposal Facility etc. Training to down line about safety awareness, Hazardous chemical handling and related to ISO systems. Documentation like Online CCA / Online Change Product Mix-NOC Application, Online Manifest Prepared, Form-3, Form-4, Form-11, Environment Statement, Battery Waste Return, E-Waste Return, Plastic Waste Return etc. Work in sustainability field for reducing carbon footprint. Maintain Records of SCM, Mock drill, MSDS, Safety Audit Report, Form-9, Form-10, Form-11, Form-37, Form-21, Form-29, BMW, OHC related etc.  Work in ERP System. Monitoring of Financial and Operational Performance of dept and to prepare the report of the same.ENVIRONMENTAL OPERATION: Operation & maintenance of Effluent treatment plant having primary, Secondary and tertiary treatment processes. Operation & maintenance of ETP & MEE (Multiple Evaporator Effect) Plant, STP Plant, Online TOC Meter, Screw Press, UASB system. Monitoring of Environmental Analysis. Hazardous waste management system. Reduction in water use & waste water generation, solid waste reduction, etc. Root cause analysis of environmental deviation & its corrective actions.PROJECT ACTIVITIES: Commissioning of 200 KLD ETP plant.
