I started my career in the construction industry as a carpenter and eventually worked my way up to construction management. Since then, I've grown my expertise in company and employee management, specializing in creating and implementing operational structure. This led me to my work for Our Streets PDX, a BIPOC led non-profit in Portland, OR. Our goal is to initiate programs that serve underprivileged community members. This includes outreach and aid for the houseless, environmental activism and youth development. We seek to run our organization with the beneficial aspects of a business structure while cancelling out the negative aspects. This provides a work environment that not only benefits the people we serve, but our employees as well.
