As the Head of User Experience and Design I craft ideas into interfaces, enhance workflows for time-crunched, high-energy digital marketers using the Sailthru platform around the world. I work directly with product managers, developers, sales staff, account managers and customers.

My day to day tasks include wireframing, user tesing, prototype development, and creating business requirement documents to hand off to development.

I work closely with interdisciplinary teams to gather and understand key business strategies and user needs, and to translate the strategies and needs into compelling design solutions. I develop and maintain design mockups, usage scenarios, prototype specifications, navigation maps, and other design documents. Using Axure, I create rapid prototypes and mockups for user testing and product development.

As Senior UX/UI designer, I am tasked with creating wireframes, mockups, and rapid prototypes of current applications, as well as new products in development.

Cyber2Media is an innovative company that buys high-profile domain names and monetizes them by developing lead-generating web sites in the financial and travel sectors. I was in charge of the design team there, directly supervising an in-house designer and prioritizing tasks for the front-end development team. My role was also hands-on and I created and updated visual interfaces for over 20 sites, with a focus on optimizing user experience, site navigation, and usability.During my tenure, Cyber2Media sites have increased conversions by 28% on average. I introduced them to multivariate testing, which eliminated the need to start from scratch on older sites, and decreased development time and expense. I also introduced the company to responsive sites, and most of their sites are now responsive. At the time, 17% of their traffic was mobile; now it’s nearing 40% and generating a higher conversation rate.
