I perform daily EDI activities to ensure proper flow of production data as well as manage multiple new EDI setup projects from business requirement definitions to full cycle testing to implementation and post migration validation. I work closely with other departments to research and resolve EDI related issues. My education and experience allows me the opportunity to create new systems to improve efficiency and generate reporting for upper management.

As the Business Manager I am responsible for planing and coordinating all organizational operations. I am involved in all aspects of the company’s activities from project management to improvements in productivity, efficiency and profitability through the implementation of effective methods and strategies. Due to the nature of small businesses I also assist with the development of games in areas such as concept art, programming, rigging and animation.

I am in the process of developing a scalable, flexible Document Management System as well as a developing a Enterprise Portal that will allow ease of access to information throughout the company. I am also a member of the Quality Assurance team and have lead several Internal Audit. My other duties include: Quality Metric calculations, data analysis of repair information, and general office duties as required. In 2014 I was asked to take over the responsibilities of the Executive Assistance in addition to maintaining my current job activities. I am now also responsible for assisting the administration department with general office duties (telephone, reception, filing, etc.) as well as accounting duties (AP/AR, General Ledger, invoicing, etc.) and contracting activities (Customer relations, Purchase Order management, shipping, etc.)

I work with a team of hard working individuals on a new independent game. We are attempting to break into one of the most difficult markets out there. As the co-lead programmer my focus is on generic game functionality and programming the Artificial Intelligence.

I was responsible for organizing and capturing the 10+ years of hard-copy data into an easily searchable and retrievable electronic format. I developed the electronic warehouse structure to fit the needs of the company. After scanning and filing every hard-copy document, I established a paperless system to ensure sustainability for the data warehouse.
