MerckSerono BV is a pharmaceutical company specialized in neurology, dermatology and fertility.As a key account manager neurology I was responsible for the market performance of Rebif, a treatment for Multiple Sclerosis, in my area (South West of the Netherlands). My target group consisted of neurologists in the hospitals. Besides visiting those specialists, I gave product presentations and initiated projects for patients or physicians.

AstraZeneca is a well know global pharmaceutical company with treatments in the field of psychiatry, astma, cardiovascular diseases.Together with 2 colleagues I was responsible for the sales of a treatment against astma. My target group consisted of general practitioners.

I have indepently set up a research about the cognitive functioning of patients with meningioma (benign brain tumor). Therefore I assessed 30 patients 3 times in a row (before surgery, a week and a half year after surgery) I used neuropsychological tests (WAIS NI) measuring memory, planning, attention, visual, auditive and spatial skills.
