Risk Management Policy, Administration & Diciplines:• Develop credit risk policy guidelines and standard operational procedures for national credit policy implementation;• Ensure all credit policy guidelines are updated at least once a year and ensure corporate Product Program is reviewed timely;• Review and adjust credit acquisition policy based on Bank Indonesia’s regulations;• Track and monitor business programs, new inititatives & credit test in monthly basis;• Responsible for Risk Management internal and external communication.Business Units Analysis & Management: • Set and review the business units risk indicators for monthly and annual performance review;• Present analysis to senior management, develop plans and recommendations for mitigation strategies in managing profit and loss;• Adjust appropriate policy based on business unit’s performance;• Monitor statistical performance of branches and business units.

• Manage strategic risk analytics projects for risk operations and fraud detection team;• Lead development and implementation of effective fraud detection and prevention strategies to mitigate fraud losses while ensuring an appropriate balance between risk and customer experience;• Proactively identify fraud detection issues at the strategy and portfolio level and provide analytical/modeling solutions. Leverage customer data to build risk segmentation and mitigation strategies;• Evaluate new tools and products that enhance risk detection & prevention.
