An experienced, enthusiastic and focused Visual Designer/ educator who is committed to safeguarding and promoting education and well-being of children and young people at all times. Nilabja is passionate about giving young children and art college students the best possible education in life, and enjoys working in a busy environment and relishes the challenge of managing a diverse workload. He is able to establish a supportive relationship with not only students but also their parents and fellow teachers all with the aim of promoting and reinforcing a student’s independence and self-esteem. He is someone who is fundamentally committed to good practice and innovation and who is very much a team player. Always engaged in continuous learning in order to broaden his knowledge and experience, he is confident, passionate and enthusiastic about working with children. Nilabja establishes a learning environment by working among the students so that the students can be inspired by being an example in front of them. He believes in empirical knowledge than the knowledge imparted by the books and according to him the knowledge in books is incomplete if one does not know how to use them in real life.Nilabja is currently looking for a challenging designing projects and collaboration with various companies in the education field.
