In my capacity as the Executive Director of WECYAC, my focus is to eliminate barriers, facilitate systemic change, and build collaborative partnerships with stakeholders invested in the well-being of our young generation.My approach:I am committed to actively engaging with children and youth, understanding their objectives, and prioritizing their perspectives. I believe in allowing the younger generation to express their needs and aspirations, and I follow their lead. I have a diligent and persistent approach to identifying and eliminating barriers, complemented by innovative solutions. My background as a researcher has taught me skills in seeking answers and advocating for effective solutions. I bring this research-driven perspective to my current role. I firmly believe that significant changes are essential to genuinely benefit young people.Recognizing the richness of diverse viewpoints, I actively seek and appreciate different ideas.
