 Managing vendor base of 300 vendors and their payouts within TAT. Doing monthly GL analysis, reconciling of Work in Progress account, vendor ledger reconciliation, ensuring the payments are done meeting the compliance of TDS, MSME, agreements etc. Analyze the information for providing business solutions to the variations with vendors, variation in accounts ledger and overall deviations in financial reporting. Oversee month-end closing activities related to finance and reporting for Accounts. Payable, Capex status, GL reporting etc. and responding to UK team on queries on various aspects. Involved in designing monthly forecast of cash outflow with team; analyzing the variation against actual figures and discussing the reasons thereof to mitigate for subsequent period and reviewing the cash flow statements. Having major roles in cost optimization by doing regular reviews of the company’s cost structure and provide recommendations to improve profitability. Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits. Ensure all financial records and processes are audit-ready. Oversee the implementation and maintenance of financial systems, ensuring they are effectively utilized to streamline accounting and financial reporting processes. Preparation of complete fixed assets register. Review subordinate performance, provide feedback, and support professional development thereby ensuring team is motivated.
